In each episode, we invite an HSE Manager from the best Italian industries to have the privilege of hearing directly from him/her about the paths that have shaped their story, the values that support their profession, and the solutions they are most proud of.

We will delve into the hot topics in the field of security, explore technological developments and new methodologies that are redefining the Italian landscape of security and sustainability.

We will be accompanied on this adventure by Viviana Albania (CertIOSH, IDipNEBOSH, and HSE Manager), whose decades of experience in multinational companies in the food sector – supported by an innate passion for cinema and literature – has generated a very personal approach to these topics, combining humanism and empathy with technical knowledge.

Our goal is to create a community of security professionals, a place for sharing where we can all engage and learn from one another, convinced that collaboration is always a winning key to creating increasingly safe and sustainable workplaces.
